Machame Route: 7-Day Kilimanjaro Climbing Adventure

 Day 1: Arrival andOrientation 

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport Transfer to the hotel
in Arusha Briefing and equipment check by experienced guides Overnight at the

Day 2: Machame Gate to Machame Camp  

Transfer to Machame Gate Trek through lush rainforest to Machame Camp Dinner and overnight
at Machame

Camp Day 3: Machame Camp to Shira Camp 

Trek through moorlands to Shira Camp Acclimatization walk to enhance altitude
adaptation Dinner and overnight at Shira Camp

Day 4: Shira Camp to Barranco Camp

Trek to Lava Tower for acclimatization Descend to Barranco Camp through the alpine desert
Dinner and overnight at Barranco Camp

 Day 5: Barranco Camp to karanga Camp 

Climb the Barranco Wall and traverse to Karanga Valley then karanga camp 

Day 6: – karanga Camp to barafu camp
Begin the final ascent to Uhuru Peak around midnight
Celebrate at the summit and capture stunning panoramas Descend to Mweka Camp
for dinner and overnight

Day 7: descend from uhuru peak  to either millinieum camp or Mweka camp

day 8:mweka camp to mweka gate

Departure Descend through the rainforest to Mweka Gate Transfer to the hotel in Arusha – for a shower and rest Depart for Kilimanjaro International Airport or continue with additional travel plans
